Impact Pro IA ("we", "our", "the application") is a sport shooting application developed by Cyril Guillard. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

• Shooting data: scores, series, dispersions, performance statistics
• Target photos: images captured during shooting sessions for impact detection
• Location data: approximate position to find nearby shooting ranges (only if authorized)
• Social content: posts, messages, comments shared within the application
• Technical data: push notification token, connection information

3. Use of Data

Your data is used to:

• Provide and improve the application's features
• Calculate your scores and track your progress
• Enable social interactions (challenges, competitions, messaging)
• Improve our AI impact detection models
• Send you relevant notifications (challenges, messages)

4. Use of Camera and Photos

The application uses your device's camera to detect impacts on shooting targets in real time (Scope mode). Target photos can be analyzed for impact detection (Reported Target mode). These images are processed by our artificial intelligence model and may be stored anonymously to improve detection accuracy.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your data may be shared in the following cases:

• With other users: your public profile, your scores in rankings, your posts
• Challenges and competitions: your results are visible to participants
• Legal obligations: if required by law

6. Storage and Security

Your data is stored on our secure servers located in France (OVH). We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your information.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Rectification: correct your inaccurate information
• Deletion: request the deletion of your account and data

8. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If your account is deleted, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Anonymized data used for ML model improvement may be retained.

The application is intended for users aged 12 and older. Minors must obtain permission from their parents or legal guardians.

We reserve the right to modify this policy. Any changes will be communicated within the application.
